Scope: Alliance members that implement, architect and support BlackBerry solutions in EMEA.
Service Excellence: The service will deliver an improved customer experience with a BlackBerry deployment - what was the uptime / service availability impact? What was the impact on client service requests? What was the impact on total resource costs applied by your customer?
Scope of Service: The service will be deployed across a number of users - developer, admin and line of business user - how many end customers does your solution support? What are the number of implementations you have delivered? How many support calls does your organisation receive?
Innovation in Service Offering: The service provided to your customer will offer something new to market - either in the way the service was packaged or delivered to the client. Describe how your solution was delivered to the customer?
