We help companies optimise their interactions with customers and optimise their physical and financial resources. Together with members of our Alliance Program we help Innovators and Entrepreneurs across EMEA grow their business.

Scope: Serving businesses with up to 500 employees.

Criteria

Business Impact: Application or Service must have allowed small and mid sized business the opportunity to accelerate growth. What was the impact on sales growth % or how many new customers were acquired?

Speed and Simplicity: Application or Service must have been simple to install, manage and support. What was the return on investment, what was the delivery timeframe or time to value?

Focus: Application or Service must have supported small and mid sized business growth and survival strategies in the following areas: Cash management, Sales and Service Automation, Customer Responsiveness - which business function did the application and or service help to automate and optimise?

Entering an Application for the Award

Accelerating Innovation for Entrepreneurs

On the online application form you will be asked to answer the following questions in no more than 500 words in total.

  1. Reference: Which small and mid sized business implemented the application or service?
  2. Business Impact: What was the impact on sales growth or how many new customers did you help your customer acquire?
  3. Speed and Simplicity: What was the return on investment? What was the impact on total cost of operations? How long or how many resources were required to implement the solution?
  4. Focus: Which business function or line of operation did the application or service help to automate and optimise?
